Ever wished you could be on multiple Instant Messenger accounts without having lots of different programs opened causing your computer to look cramped with apps open and slowing down your computer? Or how about being able to know you have an e-mail or a message from a social networking site such as Myspace or Facebook without even having your web browser open?
Digsby does just that, it allows you to sign onto all your Instant Messenger accounts without having to have them all open at once. It also allows you to be signed into all your different e-mail accounts at the same time so you are informed when you get an e-mail and on which account so that you never miss an e-mail. Also if your a huge Myspace or Facebook user then Digsby also informs you when someone has messaged you or has left you a comment on your page.
I have downloaded Digsby recently, not even a week has passed and I already Love It! It’s very simple to use, just register a master account on their site and use it to sign onto the Digsby app. Once signed in you can immediately start adding all your different accounts to it so you never have to have tons of apps open to receive all your messages.
If your a firefox user and have your add-ons and say you don’t need this, I still say you should give this a try and see if you like it. We all know every-now-and-then your firefox has an update then suddenly your add-ons no longer work for a period of time, with Digsby you never have to worry about that again.
Its got many different skins and different Instant Message Box styles to choose from so you can make it the way it works best for you.
Below are ALL the different things Digsby can be used for.
Instant Messaging
AIM, MSN, Yahoo, ICQ, Google Talk, Jabber, and Facebook Chat
Email
Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo Mail, AOL/AIM Mail, IMAP, and POP
Social Networking
Facebook, Twitter, MySpace and LinkedIn accounts.
The above review was written by Dj Excrucial, after downloading and trying the application.
